Ratchet Buckle 25mm H/D – 450370

Replace the Buckle, Keep the Strap

Webbing and buckles rarely fail together. Nylon webbing usually outlasts the mechanism, because the buckle is the part with moving components: the pawl, the spring and the ratchet teeth all wear, and grit driven into the mechanism on gravel roads accelerates all three. If your webbing is still sound but the buckle will not hold tension, slips a tooth under load, or has a spring that no longer returns the pawl positively, replacing the buckle alone is the sensible repair.
