Holdfast Wheelie – Spare Wheel Bike Rack for 4x4s and SUVs

The Holdfast Wheelie is a purpose-built spare wheel bike rack that turns your 4×4’s exterior spare tyre into a mounting point for up to three bicycles. If your vehicle carries a rear-mounted spare wheel, this carrier slots in without a tow hitch, without roof bars, and without any permanent installation.

The Wheelie secures to the spare wheel using a heavy-duty ratchet buckle, rated for wheels up to 265mm wide. Once mounted, it carries mountain bikes, road bikes, and most frame types. The carrier is designed specifically for the South African 4×4 market – where bakkie-based adventure vehicles with external spare wheels are commonplace.
